All the wieghts felt extremly heavy... way heavier then they should have felt. i blame that on my bad night of sleep last night i cant wait till tommrow i get to bench in my shirt Overall: D

| is missing heavy pulls | yea haha Yesterday I tried my shirt out but couldn't get to a good bench or a spotter I trusted spotting me with higher weights so I worked light. My bench the supports for the bar are right were you hands should be so I had to take a close grip. I did 45x19 85x5 135x5 185x1 all raw then put on my shirt and did 185x3 for 2 sets never touched and then did 225x3 for 3 sets and didn’t touch but I got real close I figured that was not much of a workout so I did an upper body workout today Dynamic Effort Upper body Speed Bench 95x3 135x3 for 8 sets Close grip Bench 185x3 for 3 sets PR Bent Row 135x6 185x6 for 2 sets PR Side rises 25x9 PR Front rises 25x10 PR workout went great. | is missing heavy pulls | it gives you more support okay well a couple of days ago i decieded today would be my day for a high voulme lowerbody day. Then last night my dad asked if i wanted to go do laps(on teh bike) with him and I said yes, so my legs got slammed today AM Bike ride 30.3 miles with a 16.7 mph average then I did my leg day in the PM deadlift with chains the chain weight was constant throughout the workout. It was about 40 lbs at the top(a little less) (this is my first time with chains) 45x5 135x5 225x3 295x1 365x1 drifted away from me so i hitched to get it back...oops 365x1 much better 385x0 man those chains hit you hard :p lost it at the knees Low box squats 135x3 easy 185x3 suprsingly easy this was a PR 205x3 again easy and again another PR 215x3 Pretty easy another PR 225x3 much harder HUGE PR!!!!!! Good Morning 185x5 for 3 sets these were really hard PR!!! 1 legged squat 65# dumbells in each hand, 10 reps each leg for 2 set 1 legged squats are so killer they make me feel like i just ran a marathon PR!!! shrugs 225x10 by this time i was completly dead 245x10 for 2 sets great workout. This workout left me dripping with sweat. I have a vid of half the workout coming soon. I have a feeling I wont be able to get out of bed tommrow ![]() Overall: A[

| is missing heavy pulls | bigDman's offical my form sucks day I took this workout to work on my form i think it helped alot. i did a whole bunch of sets and reps on both deadlift and box squats. The deadlifts felt good, but i need to work on my flexibility and the box squats felt acward. I didnt feel as powerful. Im guessing that will change with practice ![]() i got a vid of some of the workout coming later

My calve flexibility and lack of muscular endurance were limiting on many poses. I will continue to work on it. I need to work on staying relaxed and staying in the pose longer. The whole thing took about 15 min 20 seconds
