Wow, where'd you get it from? The cheapest I've seen for a rack is $300. Did you get it online or at a store?

yesterdays diet was
Meal 1- 6:00 AM
banana
carrots
Multi Vit, Calcium, Fishoils
1 oz flax
1 cup quinoa

Meal 2- 8:30 am
Wardog Weight Gain Bar (469 cals 26 gram fat(good fats from pb) 21 grams carb 28 gram protein)( i sometimes replace this with 8oz of lean meat when i can)
30 pistachio's
banana
2 cup rice
carrots

Meal 3- 10:10 am
Turkey Sandwhich(2 pices of bread, 4 oz of turkey, Lettuce, Tomato)
Yogurt
Apple
28 almonds(or walnuts)
1 tsp olive oil
.25 cups quinoa

Meal 4( PRE WORKOUT)-2:30pm
2 cups of rice
4 oz lean meat

after the first set of bench i got a spliting headach that i fought threw
Ended up taking alive before first set of floor press
First time doing floor press with dumbells it went okay
Pushpress were horrible. I couldnt go on my head hurt to much.. i stoped my workout here
I didnt feel to good today. My head hurt and i was tired. Now i know why i odnt like working out this late

today i just worked on my deadlift form nothing heavy just practicing keeping me hips down

then i did some grip work closed some grippers and noticed my crushing strength has droped dramaticly. Ill need to stat crussing more often

Today i had toughest wrestling practice so far this year it absotly killed me

we were running timmed 400's (under a min) then a min rest then run again and we did 9 and he siad this would be our last so i ran full out finshed in like a 52ish and could barely walk was all disy had the worse cramp ever just felt horrible and then he was like(we were running in 2 seprate groups 1 ran while the other rested) lets run 1 last one as a team a barley finshed it and it absoultly killed me
