| is missing heavy pulls | today i just worked on my deadlift form nothing heavy just practicing keeping me hips down 135x10 225x6 275x1 320x1 320x1 320x1 275x1 225x6 135x10 135x10 135x6 45x10 45x10 then i did some grip work closed some grippers and noticed my crushing strength has droped dramaticly. Ill need to stat crussing more often

| is missing heavy pulls | Today i had toughest wrestling practice so far this year it absotly killed me we were running timmed 400's (under a min) then a min rest then run again and we did 9 and he siad this would be our last so i ran full out finshed in like a 52ish and could barely walk was all disy had the worse cramp ever just felt horrible and then he was like(we were running in 2 seprate groups 1 ran while the other rested) lets run 1 last one as a team a barley finshed it and it absoultly killed me
