| Soldier In Progress | You really keep a detailed log, I wish the best to you. I also wish you luck, it must be hard not being able to consume meats for a protein source (ie: red meat, chicken). I'd lose about 300g a day without meat. You're on a good road, keep it up.

I realized the scale I was using was low 3 pounds so i got a new digital scale that I will be weighing my self on now I also have another goal and that is to wrestle as a heavy right by senior year and keep my bf below 10 thanks for the advice sfiximo i will keep it in mind when i work out |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Very detailed log, but I'm concerned that you aren't getting enough food. With all that running for lacrose I would thing you need soem more calories to still see gains in mass. I understand you don't eat meat but is it possible for you to eat more fish?
