yup im an athlete (lacrosse, wrestling, skating, cycling)

somedays i burn close to 7000 calories(today i will be) on long bike rides


my breakfast happens to contain eggs, bread and milk(mostly carbs and protien some fat)
adding up to just below 1000 cals

Max Effort Lower body

Plate pinch gripping

Squatts felt great incridble strong and had no problem wieght deifiently needs to go up
Deadlifts I am still perfecting the form but its close
SLDL were good but i need to up the wieght
Grip work was boring

Overall: A-


Wednesday

i came into this workout feeling sick
Bench press felt strong the PR was great
Power cleans were explosive and really good
Incline im still shaky but its getting better
Core= boring as always

my wrist hurt coming into this workout
Bench press went well was happy with the numbers. But it my wruist hurt alot
Snatchs didnt hurt my wrist. It was my first time doing them so i keept the wieght low to get the form down. They went well
I went to do pullups but couldnt because of my wrist i figured i could do towel pullups, and i did. They were killer...
My core work sucked as always

Overall: B+

Went a little much on the alomnds but didnt relize how much i ate for a while

heres my workout today

Warmup
Timed run (1 and half miles)
My time was 11min 59 seconds

This was wierd usally when im running my legs dont get tired but i get out of breath but this time i wasnt out of breath my legs were tired... Im could tell today wasnt fgoing to be the best of days from the warmup but overall this work out was good counting on i havent ran distance in a long time
