But it my wruist hurt alot Snatchs didnt hurt my wrist. It was my first time doing them so i keept the wieght low to get the form down. They went well I went to do pullups but couldnt because of my wrist i figured i could do towel pullups, and i did. They were killer... My core work sucked as always Overall: B+

Thanks EME heres my workout today Warmup Timed run (1 and half miles) My time was 11min 59 seconds This was wierd usally when im running my legs dont get tired but i get out of breath but this time i wasnt out of breath my legs were tired... Im could tell today wasnt fgoing to be the best of days from the warmup but overall this work out was good counting on i havent ran distance in a long time
