Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Biceps: EZ Curls Weight: 70 Reps: 10, 4, 3 /w Static Holds every rest pause Forearms: Alternating Dumbell Hammer Curls Weight: 25's Reps: 13 (Straight Set) /w Static Hold Hamstrings: Lying Leg Curls Weight: 60 Reps: 20, 6, 5 /w Static Holds every rest pause Quads: Squats 8X235 WIDOWMAKER: 20X185 OH MY GOD. That widowmaker, holy shit. By the 13th rep, i was seeing spots. I'm not talkin figuratively. I'm talkin huge, diamond shaped spots. I didn't know how the ***** to breath, i was just gasping for air as i pounded the reps out thinking "DIE, DANTE, DIE!" It was insane. Then to top it all off, the stretching. Once again, OH MY GOD. The pain, i can't describe it. You think you'll pass out, but you know you just have to hold it. I was only able to hold it for 22 seconds, i have to build up my tolerance to it, lol. When i released the stretch, my legs just flopped and i was laying on the floor, temporarily parilyzed, thinking over my life. BALLS TO THE WALL, BAYBAY!!!! -Shruggin

I was just sitting down and out of nowhere, blood just starts pouring out of my nose, like water out of a faucet. It was very scary. In any case, i figured that i'd probably have a crummy workout, and i did. CHEST: Db Flat Bench: Weight: 75's Reps: 7, 3, 3 DELTS: EZ Upright Rows: Weight: 85 Reps: 11, 5, 4 *Still having trouble getting the hang of the stretch, maybe Animaliztik can help me out here* TRICEPS: Reverse Grip Bench: Weight: 115 Reps: 10, 6, 5 BACK WIDTH: V Handle Pull ups: Weight: BW+35 Reps: 7, 3, 2 BACK THICKNESS: One Arm Dumbell Rows: Weight: 70's Reps: 8, 3, 3 *The Stretch feels so awesome on this one, stretches not only the lats out but the spine as well* Bleh. -Shruggin

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | 1. BICEPS: Alternating Dumbell Curls 10, 4, 2 X 35 /w Statics 2. FOREARMS: Incline Hammer Curls 12 X 25 /w Static 3. HAMSTRINGS: Romanian Deads 6X165, 6X185, 6X205, 6X225, 2X245 *Rested a minute in between sets* 4. QUADS: Dumbell Squats 8 X 120's 19 X 100's This was hands down the most hardcore workout I've ever had. EVER. EVER. It really wasnt that bad until i got to hamstrings. And once i got to quads, forget about it. People make fun of db squats, i dont know who the ***** they're kidding. That widowmaker was horrifying. I listened to KING_OF_SQUAT and decided to do these....burn in hell paul . After the widowmaker, i put the db's down, stood up, turned around, blinked a few times, and puked all over myself. Luckily i was wearing a shirt, so i used that to catch it. I suppose i'll just have a few whole eggs with my usual bedtime meal to make up for the caloric loss.....?-Shruggin

BACK WIDTH: Behind the Neck Pullups 6, 3, 1 X Bodyweight *Shit, i forgot how hard these were* 5. BACK THICKNESS: Incline Dumbell Rows 14 X 45's +Stretching Nothing really special, these workouts are still part of the first blast. It's next week that ya'll gotta start paying attention -Shruggin
