I felt that I started way too late and that my energy would have been better had I started a couple hours earlier. Aside from that, the session was well done. My quads were really pumped, way more than usual.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I think I am going to have to cut this log short. I realised that most the "fat" that I gained was actually just bloat. I seemed to have lost almost all of the bloat from the binging by cutting for a week. I am eager to start building mass again.
