Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I will be doing the 1 inch in 1 day arm shocking routine this thursday. Right now I am currently loading up my glycogen with a high caloric/carbohydrate dense diet. The following is the routine: Quote:
The big breakfast planned for Arm-ageddon consists of: *Whey Protein Shake *Shredded Wheat *Whole Wheat Bread *Skim Milk *Oats *Honey *Banana(s) *Kre Alkalyn *Multivitamins/Minerals *Vitamin C *Vitamin E Throughout the day and during the workouts I will consume roughly 4.5 litres of Gatorade. In other words, roughly 16oz per hour. Also, water intake will be very high. Anywhere from 6-8 litres is planned. I will be alternating between protein shakes and meals every hour. Supplements I plan to take throughout the day include: *Multivitamins/Minerals *Vitamin C *Vitamin E *Calcium *Kre Alkalyn *Glutamine *BCAA's(If the order arrives in time) The big dinner planned for Arm-ageddon consists of: *Whey Protein Shake *Egg Whites *Egg Wholes *Oats *Honey *Whole Wheat Bread *Banana(s) *Skim Milk The days following Arm-ageddon will be purely recovery, I will be consuming at least 4,500 calories on those days. Starting measurements will be taken upon waking on thursday morning. "Final" measurements will be taken upon waking 2-3 days after Arm-ageddon and again on next thursday to make sure the gains are not just from muscle swelling. My Prediction: I find the concept of gaining 1 inch permanently on my arms hard to believe. I have heard of positive results from doing this program, but gaining 1 inch on my arms seems impossible. If I even gain 0.25" I would be ecstatic. Gaining any size on my arms would be one of the best belated birthday present I ever got. Stay tuned on thursday, for I will be posting my starting measurements and pictures. Hopefully I can post an update every few hours, as long as I can still type.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | I think I read a bunch of stuff on this on T-Nation waaaaay back. The consensus at the end was it would cause massive inflamation which would be catabolic and non-permament. Although the inflamation should last around 2 weeks. Sorry to ruin the excitement. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I slept a bit late yesterday, so I woke up later(at 8:55). I was rushing to finish the huge breakfast. The workouts started at 11:00am and I just finished my first workout. I think I went too heavy for curl bar curls but well see how I hold up. I'll take the Nitron 5 after my 2nd workout. Initial Measurements(Both Arms): 13.5"

I just finished the 3rd workout and I realise now that I am going to have to drop the weight down 5lbs because I am almost going to failure already with the 12 reps.
