I am going to take a huge shower now and digest the fact that I just spent 8.5 hours of my life drinking 4.5L of Gatorade, 10L of water, and constantly pumping my arms. After that I'll take some Vitamin C, BCAA's, and eat my huge dinner with some added salmon. Wish me a good recovery.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Hey man, good luck with this. I used to do Mahler's GTG (similar to what you're doing) for 2 weeks. I got really good pumps but didn't get the diet down. I gained like a quarter of an inch in my arms. Not bad. And personally, Kre-Alk really minimizes the DOMs. So maybe what you're feeling is only a fraction of the real pain?!? lol.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I'm really hoping for at least some size gain for this effort. Well right now my arms are destroyed. Biceps and Triceps are both equally painful and have never been this sore before. My Forearms are a bit sore aswell, but not much.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | Ok I woke up today at 6:50am half asleep to take my measurements and eat before another day of dreaded summer school. I was a bit drowsy but I could still read the measurement. 13.75" So I managed to keep the 0.25" gain from Arm-Ageddon 8 days ago. Great news! ![]()
