lol, well I forgot to weigh myself today. I'll hopefully remember tomorrow and post it up.

I think my next journal will start on monday. I'll be doing a short max-ot routine again, 12 weeks.

I weighed myself this morning and my scale read 142lbs.

That's up 10lbs in 3 days. I can assure you that it wasn't in the form of muscle either.

I'm not going to touch a weight at all this week. It's my week off and I think my body needs it off.

I'll still be doing some cardio and physical activity(sledding, hockey, etc.) to use up some of the extra calories I am getting in.
