Notes: Today's Quadriceps and Hamstrings workout was anothe extremely difficult and energy consuming one. Both my quads and hamstrings were pumped very well and was pretty painful at times. I decreased workout length by 5 minutes compared to last week. I think I need to lower weight on squats to improve form and prevent injury.
