Notes: Today's Chest and Calves workout was very well done. I used a rotating palm verion for flat dumbbell presses this time. I went up in weight on incline presses aswell. Calves were pushed harder than ever. After adding an exercise, I still managed to cut enough rest times to finish sooner than last weeks workout.
