Lightbulb Arm-ageddon on Saturday!!

Well.. I am fairly new to lifting. I have worked out before in the past, but it was all off-and-on. Started to workout pretty regular September of 04. I have really started to hit the gym within the past few months though. My current workout schedule is every single day (sometimes I take a 1-day break for rest or fun) about 1-1.5 hours a day of triple dropsets on every exercise.

Saw the 1-inch-in-a-day in that stupid magazine at borders so I figured.. Hey what the heck, let's see how much pain I can induce on my arms and how long I last at this all day long thing.

So.. right now I am preparing, getting all the goodies to keep my protein/carbs/hunger taken care of during the day, and the nice big breakfast which I hardly ever get to enjoy.

I am currently using ON 100% Gold Whey (the 10lb bag heh). Will be mixing 1 scoop of the protein (30g) in with 2 scoops (~60g) of maltodextrin and chugging a few of these throughout the day. I might pick myself up some gatorade or something similar as well to better hydrate myself (any recommendations over gatorade?).

Also using Omega 3-6-9 Caps, Amino 2222 Caps, Multivitamin (1 dose in AM/PM), MAN Clout (just trying to get rid of this nasty tasting crap), Neurostim (got it free so I am gonna use it of course! tastes like crap as well), and Omega Cre-Ethyl Thunder (10 caps before workout), Now Digestive Enzymes.

I still need to get a good schedule put together for saturday. I want to do a dose of the Thunder early or before I even start the workout and another dose towards the end of at the end of workout. I will also probably take a dose of Clout before workout and another dose 4 hours later -- maybe I will do the Thunder at the same time too.

I will post my schedule once I get it all squared away. Look forward to your feedback. I guess it would be wise to post current bicep measurements as well (as close as I can get anyways with a MyoTape by myself).

Workout Schedule:

Starting at 9am and performing on every hour (00):
EZ Barbell Curls 3x10
Lying EZ Barbell Triceps Extensions 3x10

Ending at 5:30pm and performing on the half (30):
Seated dumbell curls 2x12
Lying dumbell Triceps Extensions 2x12

Staying Alive Schedule:

7:45am
4 scrambled eggs
6oz cottage cheese (never tried before, any alternatives?)
5oz beef cube steak
4oz brown rice
small serving of hash browns
1 glass skim milk
(3) NOW Super Enzymes Tablets
(5) ON Amino 2222 Softgels
1 Kiwi /or/ Pineapple cubes (whats better?)
(2) ON Opti-Men Multivitamin Tablets
(2) NOW Omega 3-6-9 Softgels (2000mg)
(1) Member's Mark Omega 3 (850mg)

8:30am
(1) scoop MAN Clout (10.5g)
(2) scoops Scivation Neurostim (9.6g)
mixed with Fruit Punch Gatorade

10:15am

Notice my comments about cottage cheese and kiwi. I have never tried either before and do not know what to expect. Is there any REAL benefit of cottage cheese over something else and the same for the kiwi?

I think he overdosed. You only suppose to take 8 Thunder a day. According to this he took 20 along with Man Clout.

I'm not going to even begin to tell you how stupid of a comment that was. Look at the ingredients in Clout and Thunder and then look up some studies on the ingredients and you will find out that the levels in these supplements are not even close to dangerous (yes even with triple the dosage)

Anyways.. I waited a week for measurments. Amazingly, I did this on a Saturday and felt like I could go again on Tuesday. But anyways.. Measurements. As far as I can tell I gained 1/4" within 1 week after doing this program. Not spectacular, but not disappointing either.

It was a joke... All of that extra you took was just wasted. Why would that label state take 8 Thunder if you would see better gains by taking 20.?
