Default All your one day treatments...heres mine


alright,I've been busting in the gym lately so I figured I screw around with something...

1" in a week...Starts tommorow I modified it by one exercise

Seated Curls 1x8 failure,increase 10%,then failure (GOES FOR ALL EXERCISES;REP RANGE)
Close Grip Bench Press
Behind the Back Curls
Military Press (the one I added for fun)

Measurements:Arms 13" , Shoulders-14.25" ,Forearms- 11.25"

Thanks man.....if its any consellation,I've done this twice before and gained 1/2" first time and months later 3/4" maybe this time will be lucky 1"

I did the best I think I could.Not all exercises were increased 10% exactly,but close.Raging pump in my forearms though.I had something in the back of my mind the whole workout,so I coulde've done better,but overall I would say A-

My cousins GF got in a crash,was airlifted out,and is on a ventilator.She is in either serious or critical condition...just incase you were wondering what I was thinking about

I'm not sore at all today,my arms feel more like their fatiqued,or worn.I can't explain it very well.....

My shoulders are 14.25" Measured with my arms in the air.

I haven't heard anything on my cousins gf yet...

Again nothing this time with my arms,and they don't even feel fatiqued...BCAA,and a little creatine and glutamine in my whey might have a little role in this.....

Update on the crash:She's in a coma now,idk if its drug induced or not,but thats all I heard is she's in a coma

and you got 14.25" ?? i mean ALL the way around the entire shoulder girdle, it should be larger than ur chest measurment.

Yes, I take the measure wrap it around my shoulder,and my arm is usally upmy elbow parallel with my chest and I measure my shoulder like that

My final workout. I did well on everything last nigh, but I really wanted to hit everything as intense as possible so the 1 rep curls, and military press on my second set was kinda dussapointing, on the other hand btb curls, and cgbp were awesome. I picked up one weight for cgbp-too easy,put more on it , then the second set rolled around upped it by about 10% coulden't even lift it up. Waited about 15 sec, then I pumped out 5 more reps, it was awesome feeling. Not a bad workout to end it,but like I said I wish I coulde've got the extra reps on MP, and curls... A-
