| Banned | Workout#1 Military Press- 70x8,80x4 CGBP-90x8,117.3x4 Seated EZ curls-70x8,80x2 BTB Wrist Curls-120x8,132x4 Length approx. 30 min Comments I did the best I think I could.Not all exercises were increased 10% exactly,but close.Raging pump in my forearms though.I had something in the back of my mind the whole workout,so I coulde've done better,but overall I would say A- |

Workout Military press-80x8,95x1 CGBP-115x8,125x4 Ez Seated Curls-80x8,87 1/2x1 BTB Wrist Curls 130x8,142 1/2x2 Length 30min even Comments I'm not a man of many words tonight.Solid workout could've done better on some exercises on the second set. B- |

| Banned | Yes, I take the measure wrap it around my shoulder,and my arm is usally upmy elbow parallel with my chest and I measure my shoulder like that |

| Banned | Workout Military press-80x8,97 1/2x1 CGBP-115x8,125x5 Seated Ez curls-80x8,88x1 BTB Wrist curls-140x8,155x4 Length 30min Comments My final workout. I did well on everything last nigh, but I really wanted to hit everything as intense as possible so the 1 rep curls, and military press on my second set was kinda dussapointing, on the other hand btb curls, and cgbp were awesome. I picked up one weight for cgbp-too easy,put more on it , then the second set rolled around upped it by about 10% coulden't even lift it up. Waited about 15 sec, then I pumped out 5 more reps, it was awesome feeling. Not a bad workout to end it,but like I said I wish I coulde've got the extra reps on MP, and curls... A- |
