This is my 3AD log. I started it on Anabolic Xtreme but I was given the ok to post it here as well. I will post each workout from start to now and continue from there.

ok guys, this is going to be my log for 3AD. I wanted to go ahead and get it started and post my diet and my training info. I will post my diet but i will not go into the amounts per serving info. Cant reveal everything my brathas.

My current stats are:

5' 10"
195lbs
approx 9% BF

My goal is to add mass and strength as I prepare for the 2007 IMPC Mens Open Bodybuilding Contest / MIP / Couples. (Yes I am in 3 categories, the wife is doing MIP and Couples as well) and the 2007 Land of OZ and The Kansas State Bodybuilding Championships.

Here is my training routine:

Monday – Back

1. Dead lifts - 15 reps (warm up), 5 sets 5-7 reps
2. Bent over barbell Rows – use smith machine - 4 sets 5-7 reps
3. 1 arm dumbbell rows - 4 sets 6-8 reps
4. Wide Grip Pull downs – 4 sets 6-8 reps
5. Dumbbell Shrugs – 5 sets 8-10 reps
6. Hyperextensions – 2-3 sets 20-30 seconds
7. V-Ups – 4 sets 45 seconds

Tuesday – Chest//Triceps

1. Incline Smith Machine Press or DB press – 5 sets 5-7 reps
2. DB Bench Press - 4 sets 5-7 reps
3. Cable Cross Overs / Pec Dec – 4 sets 6-8 reps
4. Skull crushers with press - 4 sets 6-8 reps
5. Triceps Press down with V bar or Rope - 4 sets 6-8 reps
6. Reverse Crunches – 4 sets 45 seconds


Wednesday – Legs/Biceps

1. Squat - 5 sets 5-7 reps
2. Stationary Lunges (smith machine) – 4 sets 8-10 reps
3. Leg curl – 4 sets 5-7 reps
4. Straight Leg Dead lift - 4 sets 5-7 reps
5. Seated Calves –- 5 sets 10-12 reps
6. Standing Barbell Curls - 5 sets 5-7 reps
7. Preacher curls - 4 sets 6-8 reps


Friday –Back /Arms

1. High Row (T-Bar or Seated row with Wide Grip) - 4 sets 8-10 reps
2. Single Arm DB row - 4 sets 8-10 reps
3. Barbell Shrugs - 4 sets 10-12 reps
4. Standing Alternating DB curls - 4 sets 10-12 reps
5. Single arm Concentration curls – 3 sets until failure – minimum 10 reps
6. Single arm over head extensions with DB - 4 sets 10-12 reps
7. Dips – 3 sets until failure – minimum 10 reps


Saturday – Shoulders

1. Standing or seated DB Military Press - 5 sets 5-7 reps
2. Side Lateral DB Raise - 3 sets 6-8 reps
3. Front DB raise (seated position no back support) – 3 sets 6-8 reps
4. Rear Deltoid machine or bent over rear delt fly - 3 sets 6-8 reps
5. Crunches – 4 sets 45 seconds
6. Standing or Leg Press Calves –- 5 sets 15 reps

Perform 30 minutes of cardio AFTER weights with Heart Rate 115-130.

** notice that the sets and reps are focused towards strength. This type of routine has really produced some awesome results for me**

Here is my diet:


Meal 1
6 egg whites
1 whole egg
top sirloin
steamed spinach
almonds
red grapefruit

Meal 2
top sirloin
almonds
green beans

Meal 3
top sirloin
green beans
almonds

Meal 4
Chicken breast
green beans
almonds
red grapefruit

Meal 5
Chicken Breast
almonds
green beans

Meal 6
top sirloin
green beans
almonds

Meal 7
top sirloin
peanut butter + almonds
red grapefruit
green beans


Every 21st meal is carb meal. LAST MEAL and it replaces Meal 7.
1. green beans
2. oatmeal
red grapefruit
almonds
3. sweet potato /peanut butter / splenda


Well thats it fellas. I will post daily on my workouts, weights used, increases in strength and size and any mood, libido changes as well.

I plan to take 3AD for this log and to also keep it going for approx 12 weeks total as I want to use this kick ass supplement to help me add some serious mass for my shows. **EDIT** 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off and then 4 weeks back on 3AD.

Day 1 on 3AD. Apr 21, 2007

BACK

DB Deadlifts ( i do these now over bb deads, bb deads kill my back)
5 x 5: 100lbs, 110lbs, 130lbs, 140lbs, 150lbs (DB in each hand)

BB rows
4 x 8: 225lbs, last set 275lbs

Seated hammer rows
4 x 8: four 45lb plates on each side. My wife made me count the reps in Samoan and if i screwed up, that rep didnt count. lord i need to perfect my Samoan.

Wide grip pull downs
4 x 8: 120lbs, 150lbs, 180lbs, 220lbs

TRAPS
DB shrugs
5 x 10: 100lbs, 110lbs, 120lbs, 130lbs..last 2 sets were non stop started with 75lbs for 10 (BB2K style) then 65lbs, then 45lbs. Traps were on fire!

CALVES
Seated calf raise
5 x 10: 275lbs... i will start doing 1 leg at a time, my right calf is still far behind my left due to my surgeries.

Cardio: 30min heartrate at 125 to 130.

I started 3AD on 04/20/07 mid day. I know this stuff was designed to enter the system quickly, but damn! I wont go into great details but the sex drive is off the hook already! I "scored" last night and when i woke up this morning.... damn, it was on again! I have to admit the length of time was increased, the overall intensity of the ejaculation was powerful! be warned fellas... you are gonna hit it and hit it hard core!

Poor poor samoangirl and lei... they are in for it now.

Damn fine workout today, it took a little longer than I wanted it to but Lei and I were joking around and BS'ing. lol

CHEST

Incline BB press on smith machine
5 x 7: 225lbs, 245lbs, 265lbs, 275lbs, 280lbs

DB flat chest press
4 x 7: 100lbs each set

Incline cable flyes
4 x 8: 60lbs all sets

TRICEPS

Skull crushers with press
4 x 8: 85lbs each set (pre-weighted bar)

Press Downs with V-bar
4 x 8: 100lbs, 130lbs, 160lbs, 190lbs

Overall I felt so fkn pumped. My arms, traps and chest felt twice their normal size. My muscles were hard and pumped the entire time.

My wife made a funny comment to me. As I walked away to get some cold water she said I walked like a GORILLA. As I walked back towards her she said I looked like a big pitbull. Short, beefy and hard. (no mace, dont get excited) lol

So I am a either a "GorillaBull" or a "PittOrilla". lol Hmmm, maybe its time for me to come up with a name for my "BREED" of AX animal. Taking suggestions and votes now. lol

Keep ya posted on everything as time goes by. Feeling damn good with my diet, I really need to work on my cardio more, I havent done it very much lately.

Well, the 3AD is fast acting and really increases libido! I cant believe it is in my system that fast, normally a product takes a few days or even a week or 2, but damn 3AD is in now! I havent incline BB benched 275lbs+ in a while, i was 100% confident i could have gotten 315lbs for 1 or 2 reps but thats something i want to hit for 5 reps not 1 or 2. It will be here by the time i finish 3AD i am sure.

Today was yet another awesome workout. Damn my muscles were hard and pumped yet again. I was walking around the gym like a GorillaBull, felt swole as hell. Felt strong and ready to workout.

BACK

Seated hammer rows, high and wide grip
4 x 10: 225lbs, 275lbs, 295lbs, 315lbs

DB rows
4 x 10: 100lbs each set

BICEPS

Alt DB Hammer curls
4 x 12: 40lb DB's each set

Standing double bicep curls on cable
4 X 10: 30lbs each set.. light weight mainly wanted the squeeze on this one.

TRICEPS

1 arm behind head DB ext
4 x 10: 25lbs, 30lbs, 35lbs, 40lbs

DIPs
BW for 2 sets of 20 reps


Walked out of the gym feeling like Dorian Yates! The pump on 3AD is amazing, i really "feel" bigger... if that makes sense. I have gained some weight already but wont post that info just yet, I wanna be on a for a week at least before I post my weight gain. I started at 195lbs. REMEMBER that, ok? muhahahaha

Shoulders day! I love working shoulders almost as much as I do Back. My top 2 favs.

The workout started sluggish but soon my ass was in gear and ready to go.


SHOULDERS... All movements done Bill Glass Style!

Seated Smith Machine partials
5 x 5: 135lbs, 155lbs, 165lbs, 165lbs, 165lbs

Seated DB side raise
3 x 8: 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs *these are really hard to do the way Bill Glass says to do them but make the side delts BURN with growth.

Seated DB front raise
3 x 8: 25lbs each set

BB upright rows
3 x 8: 95lbs each set

Rear delt fly machine
3 x 8: 105lbs, 120lbs, 135lbs

CALVES
Right calf only
3 x 10: 80lbs each set
*my right calf is allot smaller than my left from the 3 knee surgeries so it has some catching up to do. I will only work my right calf for a while

Abs
3 x 20: crunches

That was it, quick, simple but effective. I cant get over the feeling I get with 3AD. Damn I swear I feel 50lbs bigger! Every muscle is pumped and hard, when i look in the mirror i am VERY happy with what I see and whats coolest of all, is that I often see guys and girls watching me. One gal even winked! lol

I see men doing my workout sometimes, they had to have been watching me but they do the exact same exercises, form, sets and reps. I love that! It makes me feel like I am setting an example, a positive one and they want to folllow me. That is awesome.

Today is legs and biceps. What I like to do is split it up. I did biceps this morning and will go back tonight and do legs. I am off work on Thursdays and Fridays so I can do it like this.

I trained biceps and it went "ok". I have major pains in my elbows and it makes curls very painful to do. I cant do the normal BB or DB curls, i have to do hammer curls and preacher curls, it still hurts like this but not as bad.

BICEPS

DB alt Hammer Curls
4 x 8: 40lbs each set

1 arm DB preacher curls
4 x 8: 35lbs each set

Cable EZ bar curls
4 x 8: 60lbs each set

Double bicep pose cable curls
3 x 10: 30lbs, 40lbs, 50lbs

Abs
4 x 20 crunches
2 x 20 side crunches

Cardio
30min Elliptical

Going back tonight for legs. It isnt going to be pretty tonight... I plan to totally distroy my quads. I want to walk out... no, i want to be carried out after i am done!

Well, tonight was an ok leg night, i wasnt happy with my workout at all.

The wights were decent but the drive wasnt there, i wanted to go home and sleep.

I dont know WTF is going on but i am getting all kinds of minor injuries. My elbows hurt like hell when i curl or when I try to drink something. My lower back is killing me still and now my left quad is in pain, i pulled a muscle in it while training for the bb.com contest and it never really healed up.

So i focused on my right leg tonight, my right quad and calf are smaller than my left so i am gonna let the left heal while i beat the hell out of the right one.

LEGS

Squats
5 x 5: 225lbs, 245lbs, 275lbs, 295lbs, 315lbs

1 leg press (right leg only)
4 x 10: 185lbs, 205lbs, 235lbs, 255lbs

1 leg ext (right leg only)
4 x 10: 60lbs, 75lbs, 90lbs, 90lbs

DB step ups
4 x 12: 35lb DB in each hand right leg only all sets



That was it, my legs are actually sore! Time for me to spend time with the wife, gonna watch a movie and get a good back massage!

Cons:

I am on my way to the hospital. My ower back is fawked. Not from 3AD or the rows, I have had lower back trouble all my life and every few years I have to go to the hospital and get an injection in my back and stay on my back for 2 or 3 days. It's all good, routine stuff.

Notes: 3AD is fkn amazing! The pumps I am getting are amazing and people are staring at me like crazy. My wifes cousin came in tonight, she hasnt seen me in a few months, she USE to call me fat boy... well, now she calls me PHAT boy! lol That alone makes it worth while.

Overall I feel great, even with my lower back killing me. I feel strong, young, pumped, hard and a little aggressive. My wife said my temper has gotten shorter and i am more agressive now. So i slapped her and called her a liar. lol J/K!

I am noticing I am a bit more short tempered but i take it out on the weights. OK, i am off to eat then to the hospital. Keep ya posted.

I dont know if anyone else is experiencing this or not, but it seems 3AD is helping my skin. My arms, legs, back and abs all feel smooth, like they are full with healthy oils... if that is understandable. I have never had clear healthy skin before, i always had to use hand lotion to fix the dry skin, but now i no longer need it. Is this even possible? I look and feel alot bigger, more pumped, muscles are hard as hell, i get all kinds of compliments and people stare at me all the time! I have had allot of people tell me "damn, you're ****in heeyoog"! Gotta love all that man, big, hard, pumped, strong, clear skin and fkn like a rabbit!

welll... until i fkd up my back.... lol

I go see my doc today about my back. It feels a good bit better but I can still feel the burn in it. Its been a long bitch week for me. Trying to stay in bed and heal, prepare my meals, keep up with my sups and everything else. lol

I never listed do i? So as soon as the Doc gives me the ok, I am back inthe gym. The only thing that is still hurting the most is my elbows. Damn tennis elbow shit aint no joke!

I did manage to sneak in a shoulder workout yesterday.

Shoulders

Seated DB side raises
4 x 8: 20lbs each set

DB front raise
4 x 8: 20lbs each set

Seated machine shoulder press
4 x 8: 80lbs, 90lbs, 100lbs, 110lbs

Seated smith Machine shoulder pree *lock outs*
4 x 5: 135lbs each set

Face pulls
3 x 8: 60lbs, 70lbs, 80lbs

Rear delt machine fly
3 x 8: 110lbs each set

That was a decent workout, back didnt hurt at all. I managed to get 10min of cardio in as well. I know 10min isnt much but better than nothing.

I have been focusing on training the wife, she has really been making some nice changes.
