I'm trying to sign up and place an order, but my postal code is invalid. I noticed another thread on this that didn't appear to be solved, so I figured I'd just start a new thread.

I've gotten no return emails, so I'm wondering what's going on.

I had the same problem, just pm johnz and he will hook you up. I'm going to place another order myself today and for some reason Canadian postal codes won't work.
