| Pro Stature | Haven't taken squats to max yet, but my current work set is 260x8. Highest ever dead = 375 Bench- haven't maxed in over a year (broke my wrist and it kills when I go heavy), but am gonna go for 205 next week |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | with weighing in at a very skinny 51kg or 110lbs, i squatted 70kg or 154lbs for one rep. i thought that was good also i did a leg extension of 32kg or 70lbs. and a benchpress of 40kg or 88lbs (i injuried my middle deltoid head playing AFL, so its not as strong yet) umm a lying barbell row of of about 66lbs and some sport/athletic related PBs.... long jump - 4.84m 100m - 13.23sec 200m - 27.54sec Standing long jump - 2.27m umm dats bout it oh n also a very slow 40yd time of 6.32sec lol

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | How is your 40 so slow but your 100 is decent? I ran track in Junior High... I sucked at sprints, so i did hurdles instead. I could barely run a 13.5 back in the day.
