Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | depends on the style of deadlift, the deadlifter's build, the fit of the suit, and practice. I lift with guys who lift less in their suit. It all depends. Personally, my raw max is probably about 540-550, and my peaked max, with a suit, is around 600. So i get a lot out of mine... but my style of deadlifting is very conducive to gear help.
