| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | That is great man, and that is a huge accomplishment when you start working with weight over your own bodyweight. That is how you know you are over a great plateau! Good work... Now go up from there and make a goal to bench 20 lbs over your bodyweight 10 times by feburary or sooner. That would be a great goal!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | When I weighed 135, I put up the 75 lb dumbbells for 4 reps on the flat chest press, then I put up the 80lb dumbbells a week and a half later for 4 reps. I also could do 20 pullups (if wide-grip, about 12). I'm bigger now but due to injuries (dropped to 129, now at 146 and gaining steadily), I'm on a pretty specific training program (mix of machines/free weights) and haven't gone heavy on the DB press in a long time, and my back strength has gone down considerably. I'm also not cleared to squat or DL. ![]() |

| is missing heavy pulls | got 185x5 on bench the other day in the middle of a scrimage... i warmed up... did some cardio.. wrestled one full 6 min match then rested 4-6 mins then tried 185 got 5 reps and im sure i could have done another
