Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | ha 3 times is nothing man ive been more than 3 times since my senior year in highschool. last year when i weighed 173 i got 585.. and my buddy won nationals a couple years ago @165 for ashland university and he holds the national record. i just said somehitng to ruffle some feathers.. seen you guys talking about training techniques and your quotes. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | no you wont i dont use any of your squat suits or bench shirt or knee wraps and i dont want to take the time to learn how to use the bench shirt. and i go to mount union (a small school who doesnt have a powerlifting team.) Had i went to ashland like my buddy josh rohr yes you would see me at nationals and possibly at worlds |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | haha to be honest its not the workout im on. i for some weird reason have a naturally good deadlift after 2 months of deadlifting in highschool i did 500 and weighed 162... for deadlift i usually just do 4 sets of 5 or i do a 5x5.. but to be honest i havnt went heavy on deadlift since a competition i went to in pittspurgh pa. around last march |
