Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 115 | if you're gonna start doing rack pulls, do them from a low pin. High rack pulls are more of a lockout-specific/ yoke building exercise. They are one of the BEST yoke builders out there. Hands down.

I was going to a gym for a bit that's lowest pin was at the top of my knee, so I started doing those. Been switching off between low pin rack pulls and high pin rack pulls for a few weeks now. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 71 | Akward as in potentially dangerous, or at least it feels like it, especially if doing heavy singles. It would probably be best to stick with high rep work from that height I guess.
