Yeah... WTF
hah, they aren't serious injuries, and the first two are already healed up. glucosamine is a bunch of bullshit, it doesn't work very well and makes you insulin resistant, thats a good thing! My EFA intake is damn near 30g as it stands.


time off now will be a waste of my last 7 weeks of training. Take time off?? **** that, I got a competition the 12th, time off **** thaT!

Yeah... WTF
no need to get mouthy zeke, i meant typical for the fact he has been doing good and of course injuries happen to set him back. It is unfortunate but just take it easy and i hope the injuries go away quick.

Good that they're healed up.

I mentioned glucosamine because you said your elbow was bothering you. I've found that it helps me a bit, maybe it doesn't work as well for you...who knows.
