Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | they are not world records, there was a kid a few years later who did more. When i did them it was in HS powerlifting, and it wasn't anything big because it was something they were testing out. Some kid did over 400 lbs in that weight class in bench press, and more in the others too. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | might be but it wasn't what you would say, sanctioned meets? So the lifts really meant nothing, not even sure if my school still does it. It was a winter sport and i was going to do indoor track and do long jump and high jump because my legs were strong as hell. It was also at the peak of my natty test levels and seemed like i made big jumps in weight the whole time doing it. Which is why i chose PL. We only competed against schools in the state that did it, which was not very many. It was fun though, and i miss it. I need to go to a college that has it again so i can compete and actually have records stand. My vertical in HS was 41 inches, and most of my life i was slower running but that year i was running 4.42 40's and fast shuttle runs. 6 years later, lol ya we all know what real life does to some people and being a father, and going to school ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | the usapl (IMO) is a great standard for strength. judging is very strict, making everyone do each exercise correctly.
