Pulled a raw (no straps) 455 single while I was on vacation. Was on an empty stomach too. I was only partially pleased with it.

Why do you do 1RM curls Mac?

For strength building in the same fashion as you pulling 455 and because I can.
I did these 25 years ago and got up to doing 90 lbs. I also do a lot of higher reps for biceps.

I wished I could pull 455.

Oh, just seemed a little odd, never heard of anyone doing that. Also thought it might be dangerous considering how weak the bicep tendons can be. Nevertheless, that's a strong curl and you're looking pretty jacked in the avatar, keep up the good work.
