Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Back in Sept of last year when I was at my prime my PBs were as follows... @175LBS Bench = 335LBS x 1 rep Squat = 365 x 3 reps Dead Lifts = 475 x 1 rep B/B Curls = 165 x 4 reps Haven't been workinout for 8 months since last November. I Plan on getting back into competition shape, starting early July and bouncing back up to 180Lbs.
