Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | 5-27-07 Deadlift: 455 lbs My form wasn't as good as it should've been when I lifted it. I usually squat down lower. My form was better on the way down. A couple weeks before that I tried to bench 300, but couldn't do it. Chest has always been my weak area.(Legs aint so great, either) I probably could've put up 290. I'll get 300 soon.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Ragnar, can I suggest a few things for your deadlift? Grip n' rip buddy!! Taking that long down at the bar wastes energy, and the form wasn't to bad. You don't need to squat the bar up :-D You look like your built like me, long arms, but your a bit taller. I hope to be at 455 soon :-D
