I lift at home so I had not down squats in a while because I could not figure out how to perform them safely. I figured out a way I could do them is by putting the barbell on the dip bars on my dip pullup station. In order to get the barbell off the dip bars I have to start out at where my thighs are already parallel to the floor. I think by me continually starting in this position it has given me extra strength in this part of my lift giving me that extra push I need.

Plus I just switched to a 4 day a week instead of 5 day a week program. I lift for 3 days take a day off, then after being rested a little do squats. I think that rest between my workout days really increased my strength too.

The fat burner I am on I think is helping too to increase the blood flow to my muscles and keep my stamina up during the lift.

Personal best on bench was back in 2002 when all I did was work out and go to school; I maxed 385 and did 31 reps with 225. I'm getting close to my max now, but I don't have anywhere near the endurance for 225.
On parallel squats I've done 315 for 18 reps. My deadlift is my weakest of the big three comparitively because I have had back injuries in the past and cannot afford to miss work due to an injury. This is the reason I do light weight and high reps on squats as well. My personal best on deadlift is 425x3 for 5 sets.
