Bench press: 100 x 27

I'm trying to get to 30 reps by May 5th for a pump and run contest. Not going to happen, though. My reps have gone down the last two weeks.

pretty good zeke...

Have you requested heavier db's? My gym would do it..

You must have a grip like I do it took a few yrs to get but it makes things so much easier.

Nice, I have been trying to do 135 3 x 20 I I find that if I attempt it to often I lose reps as well.

I asked about it but they won't do it. So I'm just gonna keep double stacking them until I'm rowing 200. Then I don't know what I'll do.

I was thinking about that, but balancing a 7ft bar in one hand is nuts. I'll probably end up trying out a short bar soon as double stacking the DBs limits my ROM, I'm missing a couple inches of squeeze at the top.
