Wow! how the hell did you get them up to where you could press them? Once i get to 90lbs i cant get them to my shoulders. I do them standing and i have tried all kinds of goofy ways to get the DB's up so i can press them. but by the time i get them in place i am to tired to rep it out. lol

I just sit down with them on my knees and then kick them up one at a time.

I'm over 6'2" so I think having long legs helps me to be able to leverage them up to my shoulders.

205, wow! I may be wrong here, but I believe BigZeke's gym goes to 100s and he uses 2 dumbbells at once... in this case the 100lb db with a 50lb db placed on top of it at a perpendicular angle so that the handles are crossing. Is this still the case, Zeke?
