Previous record was 275. Then I got 305 a few weeks after the 275. Deadlift by the way. So I got 305@14 years old. its not much but not bad either i guess

my old record for bench was 150-160, not sure how much my bar weighs. and last time i squatted at gym was 185x1. ill be maxing out on bench on monday and post again but squat, i think i have a problem with my form so i wont be going heavy on that for a while.

im hoping at get 160-170 on bench monday

Pulled 315 for 3 reps raw on deads today. I know it's not much compared to some of you guy's deads but it's about 110 over BW and I've never hit that without straps. I was pretty happy.

I failed on 335 at about shin level. If I had chalk I'm sure I could have gotten a single.

Finally broke 200 in incline BB press(205). I rarely try maxing out, and for the last couple months I've been using db's only. I guess I was just feeling lucky.

this week it tested max maxes in the deadlift,squat and bench and i am quite pleased in the improvements

old/new
Deadlift=190/255
Squat=185/205
Bench=140/155
