clean grip or no? I don't have the flexibility yet to go all the way down, specially with front squats.

Negative... cross hand grip, bar across shoulders. I am using 5lb plates under my heels right now to go A2G with a narrow stance. I am working on my mobility and I intend to graduate to 2.5lb plates, then to no plates. It's a process though.

I wish I could lift what I did when I was in my 20s when I did a lot of powerlifting. But at age 50, here are some of my recent PRs. I tend to stay away from 1RMs and like to set PRs based on 3, 5 or some insane high number of reps for a given exercise.

Bench : 255x3
ATG Squat - 290x1 255x4 225x12 rock bottom and my knees love me for it.
Deadlift - 325 x 3
DB Bent over Rows - 150 x 3 130 x 6 100x15
Power Rack Squats - 600 x 3 405x15 less than a 1/2 squat
DB one arm press - 80 x 8 50x40 - love high reps for boxing, speed bag
Low Pulley Rows - 240 x 5 100x100 - I stayed in bed for a day after that workout.

I am going to do more power rack training and work on pulling some heavier weights to build some thickness.
