I'm going to post this as a PR since I can't remember the last time I was able to do this.

275x7 on BB Incline on 10/3.

My first chest workout on my deloading phase was on 9/12. I did 255x8.

i got 160x4 for squats today. most weight ever for me, but hoping for more solid form next time. :fingersxd

I would have had 190 on flat bench but the guy touched it. I know its pathetic but its not really really as bad when I weigh like 153 now.

E-FATHER!

405x3 (and a half) today ... HECK YEAH! Deadlifts ... got worked up to my heavy set, 355x8, then you said something about being over the 400 pound mark and I said screw it, and went for it all . Got my 3 solid-ass reps in, and got my last one about all the way up but it just wouldn't keep coming up. Don't care, 400 pound mark is shattered .
