| Pro Stature | 900x10 standing calf raise 535x2 shrug 335x1 BB row 150x6 DB row 255x2 smith shoulder press 200x10 leg extensions 70x5 inclined flies thats all i can really remember, pretty underwhelming but im working on it. won't even post my compounds (bench/dead/squat) its embarrassing compared to my iso movements which is completely retarded and outta the norm ![]()
