Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Just hit my 2 new maxes on Squats and DL in the past 2 days. Two weeks ago I was @ 215 for Squats and 225 for DL. My goal for Jan. 31st was 235 for squats and 235 for deadlifts. Yesterday I hit 250 for Squats! and today I hit 275 for Deadlifts!!!! and I haven't even started my strength phase yet!!!!! I'm stoked!

Did shoulders/traps yesterday(nov 13th) Hit 330X8 front Shrugs, Then i hit 335X6 Next i did the same but behind the back, hit 330X8 back shrugs, then 335X5 Hit Military PB, 180X5 on my 3rd set... the 1st two were 165 X6, 175 X 6
