Oh. I got the 80s up for seated dumbell press today, for 6. Haven't done that since the middle of last bulk. Then you tell me you did the 130s :rmad:

I put up 220 for 3 for close grip benches today, too - first time ever, and last week I only flat benched 220 for 4. Pretty happy with that. Managed to land 35 pullups in 5 sets - normally takes 6 or 7. All I can attribute it to is the extra sleep the GH Bio Roller is giving me :bigthumbu
