I can get some pics taken/vids taken to show you how radically different styles they are for me. I'll try to explain.

My deadlift form is set up like this:
I stand feet approx shoulder width apart. my usual judge is the first set of notchs in the bar, the middle of my arch (of my foot) should be where that starts. I'm flat footed + my knees turn out so my feet are out at an angle when I stand. I get my legs down as low as I can and keep my hands at the same position that I bench with. Then I drive with my legs for the first 4-5 inchs, and then its my hams/lower back the rest of the day. Watch my vids :
http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=romanaz

my lower back starts right before the bar gets to my knees.

for SLDL:
I stand feet about 3-4 inchs apart, pointing straight ahead, bent as much as I can and I keep my hands at the spot where my feet are at for deadlifts and I pull as much as I can with my legs for the first rep (more like an RDL for rep 1), but then I lower it down til I feel the stretch (w/o bending my legs) and then pull back up.

Its radically different and involves a bit more finesse then a raw deadlift. My hardest thing for deadlifts is getting the bar off the ground. I haven't had a pull yet where I've gotten the bar to just below my knees and not locked it out. First 3 inchs basically determine the lift.

Flat benched for the 2nd time in 5+ years today, and first time ever using a arched back PL stance. Did 345 for my heaviest single, which went up pretty good. Benching feels awkward as hell...

farmers walk is good, which is taking a heavy dumbbell in each hand, and you walk till your grip fails, and you drop them.

You can do this, and just stand in place as well...

walking is more fun, b/c else you concentrate to much.

google Captian of Crush calipers, once I have enough money I'm getting #1, and then I'll get #2 when I can do it (i think).
