That's all you can do mang and your strength is coming along very nice I just don't want you to be in my shoes in 10-12 years and having to tell the next young'n the same thing as you're putting flexall on your back.

If I had the wrist flexability I'd probably do it. I don't, but I am practicing it. I walk out the BB with a clean grip when I do my push presses, it's been helping, I've even done a light set of front squats (135) with a clean grip. The crosshand grip doesn't bother me and I don't get any rolling of the BB.
