Squatted 315 for two sets of four. Considering I'm 300 calories below maintenance per day for the last two weeks, I'm pretty happy with that. Never done that weight for more than one set of four.

yo redivsion thats weird, i can incline dumbell press 85's for about 8 reps but only can flat bench 245 at the most

it sounds fine to me.... I think at that rate, when you incline db press 110's for 5-6 reps you'll flat bench around 300+...

I know when I incline db pressed 85's for 8 I flat benched about 275, so its pretty similar. but remember, we all have our strong lifts... mine is bench press, while my squatting sucks! (315 x 5..)

upper-shin rack pulls: 325X10 then 405X6

not a PR by ANY stretch of the imagination, but it was my first time doing any heavy pulling for about 3 months. I've been getting back at it very slowly due to a lower back injury. Now that I am back in a caloric surplus, I feel I can start to lift heavy again. I'm just proud to be back pulling in general. Hopefully i'll be back to normal in about 3 months... and not 20 lbs leaner.

42.5kg (around 93lb) incline dumbell press for five reps. All going to plan, I'm gonna press the 100s by the end of the month.
