410x5 deadlift, this time no straps!!! guy told me "ditch the straps here have some chalk"... chalk is AWESOME!

dude once you get to 4 plates all you say is "well its just 4 plates per side..." my goal was once 2 plates, when i got there i realized i was a complete newbie and thought 3 plates would be godlike, but when i did it i realized im still a n00b. i then dreamed of 4 plates and thought only gods do that and now i just realized its nothing special, im just more of an intermediate than a newbie... it never ends LOL

Most of the peeps at my gym can't pull a 315 DL.

That's why I get so many looks when I will pull 405x12 on DL.
