Those are some serious PR's, I couldn't imagine curling 185 x 3 on EZ, but 500 x 10 on sumo? Good lord.

I was surprised as hell by the sumos. My best triple was 495, which I did last week after a bunch of conventional pulls (530x2, 535x1) - I have not trained sumos 'fresh' since Jan. I think I might stick with sumos for a while and see where they take me.

390x1 decline bench, followed by 395x1 decline bench. Just missed 400...
315x1 smith reverse cgb
600x1 sumo pull from bottom of kneecaps (plates about 8" off ground).

570x1 sumo deadlift with plates 4" off floor
Followed that up with a 585x3 pr, and then 600x2 pr (35lb pr+1 rep over my previous 565x1 effort 2months ago)

It's not a PR, but I havn't maxed my pull in quite some time, and I'm cutting right now. I was able to match my previous PR of 445X3 at 8 lbs lighter than before.... so i guess it is a PR. I couldn't get that fourth rep. It may have been mental.
