No idea what my 1RM is right now, my last max effort pull was back in December, which was 550x1. I am aiming to work up to 495x10 or 550x3 (whichever comes first), then maybe try another 1RM then.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | I had a pretty good day... Not an Ikaika day though.. 215 x 5 x 3 3 full workout sets of 215 x 5... Increased from 190 x 5 x 4 6 weeks ago... Pretty good for me at 163-165 pounds. I also got an assisted rep of 250. I was concentrating on the rep and thought i did it really easy and I found out my gf had her fingers on the bar... I think I could have gotten it no problem, but I ain't going to lie about it.

I didn't know what they were so I researched them... and I have been doing them all along... funny because I got it from reading one of his articles a few years ago. Anyway, my max is like 185 x 10 on those... 330 x 4 would be insane.
