on my left hand its thumb up ... while my right wrist is weaker due to injury its down, i could use all the support i can get. l also let my wrist hang a little for it to hit the anterior head harder.

50x10 on dumbell bench press
135x5-6 (can't remember) on flat barbell bench press

Deadlifting today so I'll post later and I can't squat for a while because the power racks in my gym broke and I don't have one at home.

I've never seen anyone do alternating with that much weight before.

I never do alternating myself so I am curious why you like them enough to at least incorporate them into your workouts?

Just something different. The 150lbers are hard on my shoulders, so I tried alternating presses - you have to go lighter, and they work the core pretty good.

just curious, 10 total or 10 for each arm?

I've got some catching up to do... haha. I use 25lbs x 24 alternating (12 each arm), immediately followed by 12 doubles (so 36 reps for the set, 24 for each arm)
