Bench pressed 120x6 easy yesterday. I know it's low but I recently started. Next week, I'm gonna go for 130x5.

A question on deadlifts...When I do them, is my back supposed to be at a perfect angle the hwole time, or it it supposed to round?

dont use alot of wieght till you get your form down perfect

My form is good while using pretty heavy weight, but when I max out in the 1-3 it gets hard... I'll try to get a vid today or maybe tomorrow.

i weighed in at 165 when i did that..i'm 5'5

K, I'll try to get a vid by tomorrow. Today, I got 140x5 on Flat BB Bench. Either 140 or it was 130 because my bar is 10-20 lbs.

Damn, spytech, 325 and first time in 2 years. Awesome job!

270*8 Squats yesterday. Powered through them nicely so I think next time I'll do a 10 lb. jump instead of 5.

not an alltime best but im really happy i got it since my torn rotator cuff... 335x10 on incline then got 385 for 4 reps, three weeks ago i couldn't even do 225.....YEA BABY!
