350 lbs. deadlift for 6 reps. Which is really strange considering I haven't even had access to that amount of weight to lift until recently. So I am guessing I developed that strength from being so top heavy when overweight.

I did rack pulls for the first time last week. Hit 365x1. I know I could go higher, but like a fool I did 6 set of deads before hand. The PR came on my 6th set of rack pulls. Next week I'll just rack pull, hopefully I'll get 4 plates on
