You really need to give a little more background on yourself in order to get the best suggestions. What sort of experience and knowledge base do you have?

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | A simple routine to build a base would be WSFSB, 5x5, basic bodybuilding split, etc. http://defrancostraining.com/articles/articles.htm http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow...nts_thread.htm And a simple BB split would be: 3-day routine or 3 full body workouts. Monday - Chest, triceps Wednesday - Legs, Shoulders Friday - Back, biceps Everyday abs, grip work on wednesday. Full-body workout: Bench Squat Deadlift (or clean) OH shoulder press Assistance Be relatively low-volume with a high intensity using various rep ranges in cycles. |
