Default Workout routines?

Any place here with different type of routines? Im loooking for one, Hypertrphy(looking to gain mass).

Any sticky or something you can link me too?

A simple routine to build a base would be WSFSB, 5x5, basic bodybuilding split,etc.

And a simple BB split would be:
3-day routine or 3 full body workouts.
Monday - Chest, triceps
Wednesday - Legs, Shoulders
Friday - Back, biceps
Everyday abs, grip work on wednesday.

Full-body workout:
Bench
Squat
Deadlift (or clean)
OH shoulder press
Assistance
Be relatively low-volume with a high intensity using various rep ranges in cycles.
