| Banned | hey guys, right now my workout is monday - arms tuesday - chest wednesday - off thursday - back and shoulder friday - abs saturday - off sunday - off i want to start doing strong man training as well, like the tire flipping and farmers walk, should i be doing these with my arm days? |

| Banned | last month i broke 1 of my legs, and screwed up my ACL in my other leg, i go to rehab and do leg exercises there, iv tried doing some leg workouts with very little weight, but my doctor said that i should wait a few more months |

| Soldier In Progress | I'm similarly trying to do strongman type stuff, power comes from the shoulders and back. Also train grip strength, so farmers walk up and down your alley or parking lot of the gym. Overhead presses!!! Great for shoulders. Deadlift, good mornings, rack pulls for back.
