Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | The last few weeks I've done chest and triceps the day after delts/traps, and each time I have been stronger AND gotten better pumps doing it this way? i know i hit my delts great bc its been great delt workouts(last one was 24 sets in 29 minutes, with 2 PRs), but even so i understand the pump being better as its like pre-exhausting the delts so that the chest gets more of the work, but where does having STRONGER chest workouts come from? esp while cutting...is it just me, or is there some reason im missing behind it :umm: |
