Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | If your gut is getting bigger then it's your diet. As far as how you feel that could also be blamed on diet and a second cause is usually training. You'll need to post a lot more detail. I'm afraid supps will not take the place of crappy eating and training unless you're a genetic monster.

Not trying to be mean, but it's common. Remember that you see yourself in the mirror every day coupled with the fact that change does not come over night.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | im gunna have to agree with the majority and say its diet. Lack of a good diet can kill u faster in the gym then ne thing. I like skel's point too about it being in your "head". I know sometimes i look at myself.. and im sure everyone else goes through this, and you just feel like your not growing/getting any bigger. Seems like your not advancing or anything. Are you keeping a workout log/diary/journal? Take a look at your stats and see if your numbers are increasing/decreasing. Your body/numbers wont lie. So just post more up, like DF said, what does your workout/diet look like?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | You were using muscle milk and you stopped. I'm guessing that you didn't replace the cals you used to get from the MM with another food source and as a result you started losing weight. MM is calorie dense... how many servings per day did you use when you were on it?

![]() (kidding) I expect everyone else is correct. Without a little bit more info about your training, diet, etc. its gonna be really hard to get a good idea of how to remedy your situation.

If you're not training as intensely or on a regular routine, and not eating as well, you will lose some of your gains. Hard to tell though without knowing your diet, split and weight/bf.

I agree completely overtraining or sticking with same program to oint body gets used to it . I rather eat junk if I had to than overtrain . I can still make real gains with junk but not overtraining, | |
