Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Never throw the bar above you, that is stupid at most. Even if it goes an inch high, it will come down as a little more weight and sometimes you will catch it. And if it is over your head, then you got one cracked skull my friend. Why in gods name would you do speed bench in a smith?? |
