Default What's eating ?

I went to see my niece , she's a freshman in college , pitch in their first home game of the season. Had'nt seen her since Christmass. She looked like she plays linebacker instead of pitcher. The coach said she runs 1- 2.5 miles every morning, then runs sprints in the afternoon. Her maxes are 335 on the squats and 145 on the bench. She is 5' 10" and weighs 175 - 180. She say's she needs anew wardrobe. What is she eating?

Typical dorm food includes(but is not limited to): fries, hamburgers, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, chips, wings, etc. If she doesn't know a lot about nutrition eating food like this every day could easily be responsible for gained weight, as it is extremely high in fat and as such is very calorie dense.

Of course she's probably drinking as well, which is also very calorie dense; alcohol has a calorie density not too far from pure fat.
