Default What routine now? I just did the Bill Starr 5x5 routine for about 16 weeks.

My numbers pretty much have come to a platue.

Should I take a week off? Jump into another routine?

Anyone have a suggestion for a new routine after teh Bill Starr 5x5?

How did you make out on it? Thought about trying DC?

Is this your first plateau? How long have you been plateaued?

The protocol as I remember it is, if your weights don't move for two weeks in a row, reset by going back to the weights you were lifting two weeks prior to the plateau... a deload. A rest might not be a bad idea after 16 weeks. If the gains have been good, try resetting and see if your plateau breaks.
